I rebooted to advanced startup and disabled driver enforcement I then copied the OLD Rtlihvs.dll & rtwlane.sys into the system32 and system32/drivers folders OLD at the end of each and moved them OUT of the system32 and system32/driver folder. I renamed the NEWEST Rtlihvs.dll & rtwlane.sys with.
